New Orleans Copper, Inc. specializes in large radius bends for pipeline transportation systems. Our specialty products also include one-piece expansion loops, compound bends, offsets, riser bends and spools. We do all types of metal forming including angle iron, channel, I-beam and plate rolling.

We operate a 24/7 hotline for emergency services and unlike our unlike our larger fabrication competitors, we can alter our bending schedule to accommodate any rush basis “while you wait” piping needs.

With the new technologies of fracking, increased shale field developments and the growth of the liquefied natural gas (LNG) industry, the need for more transmission pipelines has increased.

New Orleans Copper, Inc. is filling that need by partnering with Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, Duphil Inc., Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, Texas Gas Transmission, CECO Pipelines – just to name a few – to supply large radius transmission pipe bends, ranging in size from 20” – 36” OD pipe.

Fabricated using an internal mandrel, the pipe retains its ovality and material integrity.

In order to expedite construction timelines, we provide “same day” service to bend the needed pipe and get it back into the field ASAP.
